Ingredients
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning square can
- (Can has the recipe)
- 1 can pasturized crab meat in the fish dept
- 1 tbsp mayo(if grilling add more)
- 1 tbsp worsheshire sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2-2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put all togethre and mash with fork. Put in fridge 1 hour or nite before. Can saute or grill. Serve with sauce.
