Ingredients

  • Mustard Herb Butter:
  • 6 T butter
  • 2 T Dijon
  • 1 minced shallot
  • 8-10 sprigs minced parsley
  • 8-10 chives, minced
  • black pepper.
  • 6 veal cutlets
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 6 1/4 " slices lemon

Step 1

Make mustard herb butter: Soften butter & mix well with Dijon. Mince shallot, parsley & chives. Mix into butter.

Litely oil veal cutlets. Season with salt & pepper. Grill 1 min. each side. Serve with 1 T herb butter & slice of lemon
