Ingredients
- 2 oz ricotta cheese
- 4 oz milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 cups chopped artichoke hearts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 red pepper chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 oz shredded monterey jack or mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbs mayo
- 4 - 6 oz fresh crabmeat
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Spray casserole dish with spray. In sm bowl combine ricotta cheese, mayo & milk. Stir & set aside. Spray medium skillet, add artichoke, onion, pepper, garlic powder & garlic. Saute 2 min & remove from heat. Add spinach, hot sauce & stir in 3/4 oz cheese. Bake 15 min. Stir, top with remaining cheese. Bake 10 -15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
