- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 2.5 lb boneless chuck
- 1 c BBQ sauce
- 2 T Worcheshire sauce
- 1 can Dr.Pepper

Layer:
Onion
Beef
Mix BBQ sauce, worcheshire sauce and
Dr. Pepper. Pour over top. Cook low 9 hours.
Remove onions and meat, shred beef. Skim fat from sauce and add 1 cup sauce to shredded meat.
