Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion, peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 8 ounces shredded colby/monterey jack cheese (3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ketcup or Barbeque sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with your hands until combined
3. Shape into a loaf and top with either ketcup or barbeque sauce
4. Bake one hour in the preheated oven.(Internal temperture should read 180)
