Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1/2 water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small can of chipolte chiles in adobo sauce (use 1 chili and 1 tbsp of sauce from the can)
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime jiuce
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender.
Put sauce and roast in slow cooker for 4 hours on high or until roast is fall apart tender.
