Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1/2 water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small can of chipolte chiles in adobo sauce (use 1 chili and 1 tbsp of sauce from the can)
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp lime jiuce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender.
Put sauce and roast in slow cooker for 4 hours on high or until roast is fall apart tender.
