Sausage Penne Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 lb Penne pasta
• 1 1 1 Tbl Extra virgin olive oil
• 11/2 11/2 11/2 lb sausage
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 Cup heavy cream
• 3 3 3 Tbl grainy mustard
• Crush red pepper
• Basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to box.
Slice sausage.

In a bowl add the oil,sausage and basil,toss till all sausage is coated. Pour sausage onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 till sausage is browned.
In a sauce pan add in the heavy cream, basil and mustard, heat through.

Once pasta is done add sauce and sausage to pasta and toss to till sauce covers everything then serve. Garnish with red pepper.
