Step 1
Dredge in flour 4 veal scallops (cut from leg, about 1 lb. approx. 1/8'' thick), add salt and pepper to taste. Melt 3 Tbs. butter or margarine in skillet, brown 1 crushed clove garlic. Add veal, browning quickly. Remove veal to shallow baking pan. All 1 Tbs. butter or margarine to skillet and brown 1/2 lb. mushrooms. Add 1/2 cup Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine and bring to boil. Simmer approx. 2 minutes to blend flavors. 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 2 to 3.
