Simple Asian Noodles

This recipe is so quick to make. It can be served hot, cold or at room temperature. It is incredible how good this tastes.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces spaghetti, or Soba or whole wheat
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar, or sugar substitute
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced, I grate the garlic for a smoother taste
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Hot Chili Oil, I use Siracha, 1 tablespoon
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Hot Water
- 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.
As soon as the pasta is cooked and drained, pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat. Let stand at least 20 minutes and the hot noodles will absorb almost all the sauce.
Sprinkle with green onions and toss to mix.
Serve in bowls and refrigerate leftovers if there are any!
