  • 4-5 shakes tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 =5 crushed saltines
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 T old bay seasoning

add all ingred, together in bowl and mix lightly. shape into four patties, heat oil in heavy bottomed skillet..over medium heat , fry til golden brown on both sides
