Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz pkg macaroni
  • 1 16 oz coleslaw mix
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse in cold water. Transfer to large bowl and add veggie ingredients.

In small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients; Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
