Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Mushrooms and many as you want to fix and all about the same size (remove the stems and save)
- Celery
- Small sweet onion
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 package dry Hidden Valley Salad mix (if you have a lot of mushrooms then use 2 packages)
- 1/4 cup butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mince equal parts of mushrooms stems, celery and onions then saute in butter until tender.
Cut cream cheese into chunks and melt into the saute mixture.
Mix in the hidden valley salad mix.
Fill caps with mixture and top with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese.
Place in oven long enough to melt the cheese.
Serve warm
