Cinnamon Raisin Scone Sticks
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 22mins
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface generously dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Knead 5 times.
Roll dough into rectangle, 10x6 inches. Cut into 10 1-inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
