- 1 can beer
- 1 evelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 2 /2 to 3 lb round steak
- 1/3 cup flour

Step 1
In slow cooker, mix beer and both packets of mixes. In plastic bag, shake flour with round steak. Empty into slow cooker. stir to coat meat with liquid. cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Makes 10 to 12 servings
I usually use less meat, but same amount of other ingredients for about 6 servings.
Other quick slow cooker ideas for adding to stew meat or a small-med roast:
1 can cola + 16 oz ketchup
or
1 jar peppercinis
