Ingredients
- For Cake:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 c orange juice
- For Apples:
- 5-8 peeled sliced apples, depending on size
- 8 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cake ingredients with electric mixer
Pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased 10" fluted cake pan. Next top with 1/2 of the cinnamon apples. Next, top with the remaining batter, then remaining apples.
Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, for 1 1/2 hours.
