Ingredients
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 cups water
- frozen veggies (1/2 to whole bag - judge by looking - use whole bag for double batch)
- 2 tablespoon chopped onion
- Red potatoes (cut up into bite size)
- 2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 pound crabmeat

Preparation
Step 1
Place whole tomatoes, water, vegetables, chopped onion, Old Bay seasoning, and beef broth in a pot. (Can add more beef broth based on preference - up to 1/2 cup more). Heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir crabmeat into tomato and vegetable mixture. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes longer. Serve hot.
