- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 2 lbs sirloin steak in strips or 2 lbs bnles chkn in strips
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp reg vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 teas ground cumin
- 1 teas chili powder
- 1/2 teas cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teas pepper
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/2 teas garlic powder
