- 1 package (8oz) light cream cheese
- 1 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayo
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz) crabmeat, flaked
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Place cream cheese, cottage cheese, and mayo in mixer bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater.
Turn to speed 6 and beat about a minute. Stop and scrape bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Beat about a minute.
Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with crackers or veggies.
