Ingredients
- Bread Crumbs (very little)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 2 t. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 large egg yolks (sometimes 3)
- 2 pounds jumbo lump crab meat
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs! Form into 10 crab cakes adding bread crumbs to coat. Fry in oil until outside is crispy!!!
