Ingredients
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c seedless raspberry jam
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t thyme
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t marjoram
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 c raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 t ginger
- 3 lb. Boneless Pork Roast

Step 1
Measure all ingredients and cook over low to medium heat until well blended. With a fork or knife, pierce roast all over to permit marinade to seep into meat.
Place meat in non-aluminum bowl. Pour marinade over roast and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 325F. Remove meat from marinade and place in shallow roasting pan. Pour a little marinade over roast. Bake for 1-2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160F.
Baste with marinade while baking.
