Easy Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cups hot water
• 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing for turkey mix
• 3 cups chopped turkey
• 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (16 oz)
• 1 jar turkey gravy

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir until moistened. Set aside. Place turkey and vegetables in 2 qt. casserole. Pour gravy over turkey mixture. Top with prepared stuffing. Bake 30 minutes. Serves 6.
