- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 (4oz) envelope unflovored gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup water
- 1 bunch finely chopped green onion
- 1 lb crabmeat (or 3lbs cooked shrimp coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Tabasco sauce or creole seasoning to taste
Heat soup undiluted, and mix in the cream cheese.
Stir in softened gelation, and blend well.
Fold in remianing ingredients
Pour into a lightly-oiled mold. (Can pour oil in and swirl it around and pour off excess)
Chill until firm
Serve with favorite crackers, bagel chips, pita, or scoops.
