Crab Dip

  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 (4oz) envelope unflovored gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bunch finely chopped green onion
  • 1 lb crabmeat (or 3lbs cooked shrimp coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Tabasco sauce or creole seasoning to taste



Step 1

Heat soup undiluted, and mix in the cream cheese.
Stir in softened gelation, and blend well.
Fold in remianing ingredients
Pour into a lightly-oiled mold. (Can pour oil in and swirl it around and pour off excess)
Chill until firm

Serve with favorite crackers, bagel chips, pita, or scoops.
