Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 1/2 lbs. sliced round steak
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 4 oz. can of mushrooms (drained)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • garlic powder
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 1 cup of sour cream



Step 1

Cut steak into thin strips, dust with flour and pepper
Brown meat in butter
Add muchrooms, garlic and onions
Stir in beef broth, cook in skillet for 1 hour or until tender
Gradually add sour cream
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes
Serve over cooked rice or noodles
