Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 ounces dried beef
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Soak beef in water to eliminate salt.
Can use up to 6 oz. beef
Can add 8 oz. sour cream if adding more beef.
Can add horseradish for extra zing.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dried beef, green onions, onion salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate before serving.
