- 4 NC Rainbow Trout Fillets
- 1/2 C Butter Melted
- 1 T Paprika
- 1 1/2 t Sea Salt
- 1 t Cayenne Pepper
- 3/4 t White Pepper
- 3/4 t Black Pepper
- 1/2 t Thyme
- 1/2 t Oregano
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Garlic Powder

Step 1
Small Bowl Combine All Spices for Seasoning Mixture.
Medium Bowl With Butter, Dip Fillets In Butter then Coat With Seasoning Mixture.
Large Heavy Skillet High Heat, Cook Fillets 2-3 Minutes Each Side Until Blackened.
Serve Hot.
