Ingredients

    lb ground beef

  • 1

    4.25 oz can chopped olives, drained

  • 1/2

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    cup cottage cheese

  • 2

    tbsp minced parsley

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 8

    flour totillas

  • SAUCE:

  • 1

    med onion

  • 1

    tbsp cooking oil

  • 1

    4oz can green chilies, chopped

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2

    med green pepper, chopped

  • 1

    15 oz can tomato sauce

  • 2

    tsp chili powder

  • 1/2

    tsp garlic powder4

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture on each tortilla and place seam down in ungreased 13x9x2 pan. Saute onions and green peppers until tender. Add remaining ingredients and pour over totillas. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over and bake 5 minutes.
