- 1 lb turkey sausage
- 1 lb sauerkraut (rinsed & drained)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 apple peeled, cored, and diced
- 7 small potatoes peeled and diced
- 3/4 tsp caraway seed
- 1/2 tsp pepper
