Ingredients
- Dip:
- 9 oz. salmon filet
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesian
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbl. dijon mustard
- chopped fresh parsley
- Mix ingredients together and set aside.

Preparation
Step 1
Add salt and pepper to flour. Put in a dish.
Beat the egg whites in a bowl.
Grate the parmesan into the breadcrumbs.
Cut salmon in 1/2" pieces. Dip in flour, then egg white, then bread crumbs.
Put salmon on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve salmon with the dip.
