Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lbs rump roast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 c water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 pkg Italian sausages cut into slices
  • Few slices of jalapeno peppers depending on how hot you want your beef

Step 1

Cut roast into slices add the remaining ingredients to crock pot and simmer for about 4 to 5 hours. Serve on buns. Put slices of green pepper, jalapeno peppers, and mozzarella cheese in bowls for toppings. Let guests add their favorite topping.
