Christmas Lima Bean Salad

Ingredients

• Christmas Lima Beans (follow directions to cook them until tender)
• Finely chopped red onions.
• Chopped celery
• Chopped parsley
• Chunks of Jalapeno Jack Cheese
• Dressing
• 3 T Sugar
• 4 T Cider Vinegar
• 1/4 t dry mustard
• 1/4 t celery seed
• Probably salt and pepper to taste

mix the salad ingredients
add dressing
mix it all and serve
