HOT CRAB DIP IN BREAD BASKET

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 1 T lemon

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, mix and beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in mayonnaise, wine, onions, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well blended. Stir in crab and pimento.
Slice off top of 2 pounds round loaf bread. Scoop out center to make basket. Place bread on baking sheet, fill center with crab mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
