Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • Topping:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c chopped nuts
  • 1 c flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Prepare a 13 x 9 pan

Crust:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix and melted butter. Using a wooden spoon mix until soft dough forms. Press firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 15 mins or until light golden.

Topping:
In a bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until blended. Stir in flour, baking powder and fanilla. Stir in nuts and coconut. Spread over warm crust. Bake for 25-30 mins or until set and golden. Cool.
