• 1 cucumber, grated
• 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 pkg of Ranch Buttermilk Recipe dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place grated cucumber in colander. Mash with back of spoon to remove all liquid. Mix cucumber, cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix. Spread on slice of bread, top with another slice of bread and cut into 3 finger sandwiches.
