Ingredients
- 6 to 8 ounces of Salmon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Dill to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped scallions (I’ve also used green onions)
- Parchment paper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Tear off a piece of parchment paper so that it makes a square.
Fold it in half so you have a triangle. Open the paper and place the fish on the inside
crease. Sprinkle salmon with olive oil. a little dill, pepper, and scallions to taste.
Fold the top of the paper over. At the side, begin taking tiny little folds like
a turnover. Bake for 12 minutes or more to the doneness you prefer. Jan- bake for 8 minutes.
Beth, bake to 15 minutes.
