A simple summer pasta salad that will help you clear out your veggie drawer!

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- Pasta Primavera Salad
- 12 oz. pasta (fusili will hold the dressing best, but any pasta works)
- 1/2 can black olives
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 diced carrots, lightly steamed
- 1/2 C snow peas
- 1 bunch broccoli, lightly steamed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- (Any vegetable you like to swap in or out works, these are just some ideas.)
- Dressing:
- 2/3 C Olive Oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 T basil
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 2 T dijon mustard

Step 1
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, leaving slightly al dente. Chill pasta.
2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.
4. Add veggies to the pasta.
5. Add dressing to the pasta.
6. Chill before serving. Holds well for several days in the fridge.
