Patriotic Dipped Strawberries

Celebrate the 4th of July or any other patriotic holiday in style with these fresh and easy white chocolate dipped strawberries! Red strawberries are dipped into white chocolate and then garnished with blue sugar to create this scrumptious sweet treat that is sure to be a hit at any of your patriotic parties.

• 1 pint whole fresh strawberries
• 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
• 4 tablespoons blue sugar

Wash the strawberries and dry completely.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 1 minute increments until smooth when stirring.

Dip the strawberries partway up in white chocolate, then dip the tip in the blue sugar. Place on a piece of waxed paper to harden.
