If you want to impress your guests, you have to give this tender and moist Prime Rib recipe a try. It's mouth wateringly delicious!
Ingredients
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2heads2 heads garlic
- 3tablespoons3 tablespoons water or beef broth
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 3/4teaspoons3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon course ground pepper
- 11 (3 1/2- to 5-pound) rib eye roast

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Drizzle olive oil over garlic in roasting pan. Place beef broth in pan. Roast 20 to 25 minutes.
Squeeze and mash garlic. Stir in rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place meat in pan on rack, bone side down. Roast 20 minutes then reduce heat to 325 and cook a maximum of 18 minutes per pound. Internal temperature should be no more than 140°F.
Let stand 15 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
