Creamed Beef Dip

Ingredients

• 1 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
• 1/2 c. boiling water
• 1 T. butter
• 1/4 c. chopped onion
• 1 c. milk
• 1 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
• 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
• Fritos

Preparation

Step 1

Cut beef into small pieces and place in medium sized bowl.

cover with boiling water and then drain immediately.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter, and saute onion. Add drained beef, milk, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and parsley, mix well.

Serve hot with fritos.
