Artichoke Wonton Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 14 oz canned Artichoke hearts drain and chopped
  • 1 package Won ton Wrappers (I used egg roll wrappers and cut them in 4)
  • I also added a few Tb or red onion and a crushed garlic clove

Preparation

Step 1

Coat one side of wrappers with non-stick cooking spray. Press greased side down into a min-muffin cup. Bake @ 350 for 5 minutes. While they are baking, mix remaining ingredients. Fill each cup w/ 1 Tb of mixture and return to oven. Bake 5-6 more minutes. Serve warm
