Artichoke Wonton Cups

Ingredients
- 1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 14 oz canned Artichoke hearts drain and chopped
- 1 package Won ton Wrappers (I used egg roll wrappers and cut them in 4)
- I also added a few Tb or red onion and a crushed garlic clove

Preparation
Step 1
Coat one side of wrappers with non-stick cooking spray. Press greased side down into a min-muffin cup. Bake @ 350 for 5 minutes. While they are baking, mix remaining ingredients. Fill each cup w/ 1 Tb of mixture and return to oven. Bake 5-6 more minutes. Serve warm
