  • 12 fish sticks
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro - chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6 hard taco shells
  • 1 cup mexican style shredded cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475. Place fish sticks in shallow pan and bake according to package directions. In med bowl mix cabbage, tomatoes, lime juice, oil, cilantro, salt and pepper, let sit 10 min. Place 2 fish sticks in taco shell, top with cabbage, then with cheese.
