Celery has a cleansing diuretic effect and is soothing to the digestive system.
Cucumbers are a wonderful source of hydration and restorative phytonutrients. They contain significant amounts of vitamin C, K and potassium as well as silica which is needed for healthy connective tissue.
Apples not only aid digestion, they lower cholesterol and are excellent for their detoxifying properties.
