Seafood Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Penne pasta
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/4 lb crawfish tails
  • 1/4 lb shrimp (70/90 count)
  • salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter for sauteing

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water to cook pasta.
Pour heavy cream into a nonreactive sauce pan on low heat to reduce and thicken.
When water is boiling add pasta and stir.
Cook pasta 10 minutes, remove from heat, drain, and cool in a water bath.
Reserve.
Saute seafood in the butter.
Add thickened heavy cream to seafood, reduce heat and add the penne pasta.

Heat to temp and serve
