Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 celery ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 onions, peeled and diced
- 1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
- Carrots for Kathy
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons tapioca

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in a roaster with a tight fitting lid or dutch oven.
2. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Do not open oven while it is cooking.
