Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1-1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1/8 t. salt
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 T. butter or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Combine raisins and water and simmer for 5 minutes; set aside.
Blend together brown sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir into raisin mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until clear and slightly thickened. Mix in vinegar and butter or margarine; stir until butter or margarine melts.
Serves 5 to 6.
