Spring Peas and Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 c. fresh snow pea pods, trimmed
- 1 c. fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 c. frozen baby peas
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. refrigerated basil pesto
- 2 med. green onions chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, adding pea pods, sugar snap peas and frozen peas during last 2-3 min. of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water until cooked.
2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
3. Add cooked macaroni with peas to mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled before serving.
