Cheesy Spinach Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 FAMILY
• 1/2 envelope Lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (4 oz)
• 6 FAMILIES
• 3 envelops Lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
• 6 lb ground beef
• 3 packages (30 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 3 c. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (~24 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

TO FREEZE

Combine all ingredients and place in gallon-sized bag, can make into patties if desired.

TO PREPARE AFTER FREEZING

Thaw mixture and shape into 4 patties, if not already done. Grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with desired fixings.
