- 1 large parsnip
- vegetable oil for brushing
- coarse salt
- paprika

Step 1
Peel parsnip with vegetable peeler.
Slice parsnip lengthwise into thin strips.
Brush both sides with vegetable oil.
Arrange on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Season with coarse salt and paprika.
Cover with another parchment paper and top with another cookie sheet
Bake at 300 degrees for an hour and 15 mins., until crisp. Let cool before serving.
