Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes*
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen stew or soup vegetables, thawed, drained
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, can be substituted.

Preparation
Step 1
1 Spray 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, the cooking sauce, vegetables and Italian seasoning.
2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours. Stir well before serving. Serve with parsley.
