Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. dried thin spaghetti or vermicelli
  • 1/3 cup Fisher® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed and cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup chopped Fisher® Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1.Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl, set aside.
2.In a blender, combine peanut butter, peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, water and honey; pour over reserved pasta.
3.Add chicken and snow peas to pasta mixture. Toss with peanuts and green onions.
